AVAILABILITY Since our items are sold offsite there may be a slight chance that some items may sell out before we are able to update the website. In the event that this may happen, we will notify you immediately regarding the new turnaround time and give you the opportunity to choose another item or cancel your order and refund your payment.

TURNAROUND TIMES All in-stock items will ship within three business days of payment. However, all our handmade items have a 1 week turnaround time; although in most cases they are shipped within three business days of payment.

PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), and PayPal. Purchases made in person can be paid for by personal check, money order, or cash. For all types of payments, a driver’s license is needed for verification.

All purchases delivered to the state of Idaho will be charged a 6.5% sales tax.

ORDERING We offer a secure online ordering system, keeping your information private. When your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your shipping confirmation, when your order ships.

RETURNS Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day you received the order (unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging) for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Refund will be issued only after we have received items and they have been found to be in original condition. Please email us for a Return inquiry before sending items back, so that we know to expect it. Customer is responsible for return shipping, if item is replaced Babies Rawk will cover replacement item shipping fee back to customer.

GIFT SERVICES We offer gift wrap in lovely organza bags that add a special touch to your order. Some items may not qualify for gift wrap, and in those cases, the gift wrap will be removed from the order prior to order processing.
